ABOUT US

After spending many years working in the fine dining industry, I was blessed with a sweet daughter in 2002.  A childhood illness and subsequent diagnosis of Autism meant that my new career would be keeping my daughter healthy and happy.  As my support system grew, I was able to slowly return to my passion of cooking by offering catering services part time.  When a five year "side career" in ministry concluded, and my daughter was not only healthy but happy and thriving, Seay Catering & Events was born.  We are now a family of five and I am thrilled to be able to live out my dream as a chef, business owner, mother, and wife to a fabulous husband.  I look forward to dreaming and planning with every client to produce their perfect event.
